I grew up with just my sister and mom. Money was tight, and I saw how much my mom hated her job. She'd come home beat and upset pretty much every day. Even as a kid, I knew I wanted something different for myself.
For a while, I thought I had it all figured out. You know the drill - get a good-paying job, work for 40 years, then retire. But life had other plans, and boy, did it throw me a curveball!
When 2020 hit and COVID swept through America, my life took a nosedive. I lost not one, not two, but three jobs that year. As if that wasn't enough, my car got impounded, and I found myself homeless, bouncing from couch to couch. Talk about a wake-up call!
It was during this rough patch that I had my big realization. I didn't just want a job - I wanted something more for my life. I wanted to feel good about what I was doing and make a real difference.
That's when I decided to shake things up and become an entrepreneur. Spent nearly three years trying out all sorts of business ideas. But here's the kicker – even then, I wasn't happy. I wanted more than just cash.
Finally, I found my true calling – helping everyday creators like you build your personal brands and grow your audience. Why? 'Cause I'm a creator too! I know exactly how it feels to put your work out there and have it flop. Trust me, I've been there.
When I'm not coaching, I'm busy creating myself. I write novels, do stand-up comedy, write music, hit up poetry slams, and even build robots in my basement. Yeah, you read that right – robots!
My favorite part of coaching? Helping creators like us succeed. I test everything I teach on myself first. So when I say something works, you can bet I've got the battle scars to prove it.

- Orange is my favorite color. It's bold, it's bright, and it definitely stands out - just like I try to do in life!
- I feel like I was born in the wrong era. The 90s were calling my name, but I missed the party!
- I'm pansexual and proud. Love is love, folks!
- I got married at 20 to my goth high school sweetheart. Talk about a fairytale ending!
- I'm currently writing my second novel. Who knows, maybe you'll see it on bookshelves soon!
- I've built over 12 businesses. Yeah, you could say I'm a serial entrepreneur.
- I have extreme ADHD. Teachers always hated me, but hey, it's part of what makes me creative!
- I have a weird obsession with coffee. It's not just a drink, it's a way of life.
- I'm a big-time animal rescuer. Currently, I've got 13 cats and 2 dogs. (I know, wow!) My home is basically a zoo, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
